- Accountant
    - Conduct financial transactions, review and analyze financial records, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and advise on accounting processes.
    - Qualifications: Grade 12 certificate, Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 5 years of experience, and a member of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants.
- *Head of Marketing and Sales*
    - Plan, control, and implement sales and marketing plans, promote existing brands, and introduce new products.
    - Qualifications: Grade 12 certificate, Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration, 5 years of experience in Sales Management, and a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
- Head of Food and Beverage
    - Oversee food and beverage operations, ensure quality and consistency, manage staff, and develop menus.
    - Qualifications: Grade 12 certificate, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Diploma in Food Production and Food & Beverage service, and 3 years of experience.
- Lecturer - Food Production and Food & Beverage*

- Food Safety Officer

    - Qualifications: Grade 12 certificate, Bachelor's degree in Safety or Occupational Health and Safety, knowledge of legislations and procedures, and 3 years of experience.
- Head of Production
