Sales Manager-Beverage manufacturing (field based)

Peza Job Zambia is recruiting on behalf of our client, a beverage manufacturing company based in the Lusaka South Multi-Facility Economic Zone (LS-MFEZ). We are looking for energetic and field-ready Sales Officers to join the team. These officers will ride along with delivery trucks to sell and deliver beverages directly to clients across Lusaka and nearby areas

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Accompany delivery trucks to conduct direct field sales and deliveries
▪ Sell beverages to local shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and kiosks
▪ Take orders, manage payments, and issue receipts
▪ Grow and manage customer relationships
▪ Submit daily sales records and route feedback to supervisors

Candidate Requirements:
▪ Minimum of Grade 12 Certificate
▪ Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field is an added advantage
▪ Experience in beverage sales or retail distribution is highly preferred
▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment
▪ Physically fit and able to handle daily sales routes
▪ Honest, reliable, and self-driven

Target Market Coverage:
▪ General Trade – Local shops, kantembas, markets
▪ Modern Trade – Retail outlets and supermarkets
▪ HORECA – Hotels, restaurants, bars, cafés
▪ Wholesalers & Distributors
