Gym Manager – International Standard Gym (Relocation Opportunity)

Peza Job Zambia is recruiting for an experienced Gym Manager to oversee an international standard gym in North Western Province, Zambia.The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, knowledge of global fitness trends, and leadership skills to drive gym operations, membership growth, and service excellence.  

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee daily gym operations and ensure smooth service delivery.  
✔ Implement international best practices in gym management and customer experience.  
✔ Drive membership growth, retention, and business performance.  
✔ Lead and manage a team of trainers and support staff.  
✔ Ensure safety, cleanliness, and maintenance of all fitness equipment.  
✔ Plan and promote fitness programs, events, and wellness initiatives.  
✔ Manage budgets, control expenses, and prepare performance reports.  
✔ Build strong relationships with clients and the community.  

Qualifications & Skills: 
🎓 Degree/Diploma in Sports Science, Fitness Management, Business Administration, or related field.  
💼 Proven experience managing a modern/international gym or wellness center.  
🏋️ Strong knowledge of fitness programs (Aerobics, HIIT, CrossFit, Bootcamp, Zumba, Boxing, etc.).  
👥 Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
💰Business-minded with ability to grow memberships and revenues.  
📜 Professional fitness certifications (e.g., personal training, group fitness) are an advantage.  
📍 Must be willing to relocate and stay in North Western Province.
